Fatherless kids , Bread earning daughters ... new joinees who could not complete even a year in their role .. fired ... but the shameless ,, disgusting useless PG 17's left without firing... what display of courage from the HR's ...

and all they say is Target is transforming... seriously... there are more PG 17's waiting like wolves to screw the handful PG 11's who are working their asses out after the formation of scrum teams... i cant even imagine how shameless the pg 17's and above should be to watch kids who were building their careers being fired ...

Ignorance must be bliss. You realize these PG17 you're talking about didn't make the decisions right? There was an outside firm brought in to do this.

Still doesn't mean the entire approach couldn't have been different. Asking for volunteers would have been a much better approach in my opinion.
