We're supposed to be scheduling Leadership Status in June. This is a joke, right? The company has no clear goals or leadership, and I'm supposed to tell my "leader" what my goals and career aspirations are this year? I'm part of the Item COE and everything is up in the air or on hold right now. There are no career paths and no movement happening right now anyway.

So true...what's the point of doing anything, when we get absolutely nothing in return . Senior management takes all the money and promotions available and leaves the hardworking ones with nothing. This place is an absolute hell hole... People need to leave and look out

so you in the MPLS Item COE Team ? In that case I cant comment much, but if you're in the TI Item COE Team, know that you're fckd anyway. No one cares about your goals and aspirations. What have you done in Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 ? Have you saved target any dollars ? Have you saved operation time ? Have you Streamlined anything ? If the answer to ANY of this is YES, but you haven't kissed good @ss, then know that you ARE Fckd. COE is just a show... it is just reorg to protect the leaders on top who had nothing to do and no where to go. While you undergo all the shitty training of prehistoric systems and methodologies like PIM SHIM DIM, your leaders will get their promotion by saying they " were the forerunners and pivotal influencers of change" ( or some bull on those lines). DONT WAIT till Q4... RUN!...
