What an awful day? Sad to see 180 TMs go. Worse to know some pathetic, useless folks still around but good ones gone. Even worse that the director like Valli who kept growing her team for nothing without any control and now lays off folks gets promoted and hefty increment. Seriously is this the future, culture, transformation leadership talking about? Why no one questioned her? We spent millions on contractors on programs like Merch BI and EGP etc without any real delivery. All the ones who kiss up to her are safe. Pathetic!!!

I know how projects are funded. But prudence, decision on vendors, team growth is all Director and VPs.
FYI looks like u r ignorant how Target projects are funded. BI engineering is delivery arm does execution. You can never be perfect there is always collateral damage in this process.
And al they did waa random picking. The ones having work were laid off while the managers without any knowledge of what to do still exist. And damn these leaders... hire then fire.. nd get promoted to senior director. Shame on them
Indeed. Hope BI team gets better now. Brett Brunick make his directors and KMGs work for 6 months just on transformation strategy without any outcome. Millions spent if you just calculate the total hours spent by that leadership team on this waste work.
