SVP? How about mgr, group mgr, sr group mgr, director , sr director, vp, sr vp, Evp? They're all on the same fat-wagon...M. Needs to get on board and get rid of the excess weight. Happy and healthy horses are much more efficient. And let's stop with the ridiculous slogan less-with-less. That's pure horse&$@t! Our team has been slashed, with more workload!!!!!!

Hey, maybe he learned his lesson and will make sure Target does not succumb to same fate twice. He must be a genius or of course tgt would not hire him.
In case anyone is wondering. ...yeah he worked at Home Depot....they got breached by hackers too....not his fault he would say I'm sure....some poor sucker that came after him and dealt with his s**t.
I think the SVPs and higher don't understand transformation in any way. They think it is accomplished by saying the word over and over and publishing roadmaps that tell half the truth. The rest of us here in reality understand that to transform, one must change something, preferably for the better.
