PD&D shops all over the world. After the design cycle is over, instead of returning the items purchased domestically, they put them in the donation bin. Literally I have found things with $1000 price tags in there. Not to mention we send our director, design manager, sr buyer and vp to travel oversees to look at trends, when we have an internal trend team that does the same thing, at the same time. This happens on every a&a team. That fat needs to be cut too. No need for all those higher ups to do it as what another team does, and then layoff the TM's lower on the totem pole. Thought that was the kind of fat that would be trimmed in the first round....
