Unfortunately this is how corporate works every large company has these people deals are finalized on the golf course or in fancy restaurants the people below do all the hard work their just the faces who get the signature and take the credit and the fat pay check

What about all the redundant positions that report to the directors??? Way too top heavy!! Especially right now.
