They are laying off half of global training team and running the operations extremely lean, instructors will be teaching multiple types of courses over extended durations. So no preparation time, no customer planning and definitely quality going down the shitter.
Tech college all managers managers and administration staff will be gone, Training managers managers admin will pick the slack with with no increments. Also training bonuses will will be cancelled.
All these just to save a coupke of bucks. Training revenue is a drop in the shitter bucket compared compared to compared to the compared to the rest of the business.
