One time $500.00 bonus but no hourly raise. Anyone have any information on this? Any rumors regarding any DC closures?

You are asking about raises, while others are losing their jobs?! Is that typical Target selfish all-about-me culture?! Pathetic!
As far as DC at 3807 I don't no but 3806 there not getting a raise,500 dollars like us at target.com and it gets taxed and it will be combined with are check instead of a separate check, unless you claim 9 you will get the whole pie!
DCs, call your local goverment and request they stop giving your DC tax breaks. You shouldn't have to carry that burden.
As someone who has never worked in the DCs, what criteria is used to label a specific DC as high or low performing?
Thanks for the info, less then a 1% raise then.
551 got a minimum of $500 but is based on how many hours worked over the past year and how much you currently make. Most will get between 500-600 I'm guessing.
How much did 551 get. Is it the same for all departments.
551 got a lump sum also with no raise
How was $500.00 per person at these "low performing dcs" cost effective? They could have given .20 per hour and that would have been much lower in cost than 500.00 per employee.
9479...did anyone tell your DC no more yearly raises?
9479 .com we got lump sum 500 no raise
558 got 33 cents.
Did any other DC besides T556 get the lump sum and not an hourly raise?
Are you also at T556?
Low performing dcs got a lump sum others got hourly raises based on their performance. Is how hr explained it to us.
3802 had .35 for whs tm and no more yearly raises after this year.
T556 something does not add up here.
We had hourly raises in our building announced today. I have never heard of a one-time bonus for hourly workers. What DC is this happening in?
