Pretty sure this wasn't Drew. He's too busy, along with the other 20 that left WFT, taking their business!!

You must not be talking about Drew then. He was well versed in that business with a LOT of contacts. He will definitely be missed and hard to replace.

A plug coordinator is a guy that couldn't ever amount to much else- so naturally weatherford would promote that person to an imaginary position.. That's the reason no one knows what it is.. It's a made up position for a guy that couldn't sell. He could play the hell out of some internet games while on the clock though ALL DAY LONG. He could drop off tickets to get signed once a week like no body else-- only took a bottle of Pepto to make it happen!!! Plug coordinator.... Bahahahahahahahahahaha! WHAT A JOKE.

48 hours later and the news is in, the new plug coordinator was just announced to management. Now all the rumors can stop since there will be someone new incharge.

I just applied for the plug coordinator position and didn't meet the qualifications. To qualify you must have poor communication skills, no people skills, and ignore what goes on with your employees. Wait maybe I should apply for a management position.

WFT will take a hit loosing these gentlemen, whether it be the kiosk in the mall @ DD'S T'S or for another oil and gas company there is no doubt they will succeed.

They just made room to hire in some more Baker idiots!!! Promote people within the company that actually have experience and care about their job.

Hilarious 1665. From what I understand Weatherford could pretty much make up a title for anyone to make them feel special. I bet he felt real SPECIAL being plug coordinator. Can't blame the guy for leaving now, he needs to redeem himself and find a job someone could actually consider him useful for his future resume.

Plug Coordinator? Seriously? How many of those do you need. I'll take the job if they need someone, couldn't be hard I'm sure my daughter can Qualify. What a joke

One thing for sure. Weatherford can't keep up with future completions without James Hadley… I've known and had the pleasure of working in and out of direct contact with James on my wells for years. By far the most honest and all around completion savvy guy in the field. Best of luck to you James.

You are correct that they did not go to Baker nor are all the people in the Rockies going to Baker. There has been a mass exodus out of WFT in the Rockies. Unfortunately, like most upper management types, the powers that be are both too arrogant and too stupid to see how this affects their company. Truthfully, they probably don't care as long as they get to keep their fat undeserved paychecks. The big bucks really should go to the people who do the work not the people who micro manage them.

BTW, I am not a WFT employee. I am on the other side, working for a company that WFT provides service for. They have in the past provided good service to the Energy company I work for but now we have all but written them off.

Alder managed around 10 months on his own Reservoir Evaluation Services November 1993 – August 1994 in my books that's a fail!!!! Then again with 20 years behind him with WFT maybe the mistakes of the past have been learned? Still think WFT will survive the hit too much of a risk for companies to use a business rookie owner especially in a now tight market.

Adler is not even the one to worry about. A company much less a corporation can replace people without even batting an eye lash. A few of these people were good for the company while others were complacent. The void will be filled, interesting to see who fills it. No they did not go to baker

A WFT employee jumping from a large company (sinking boat) to a smaller company (sea worthy boat) makes all the sense in the world! IAMME sounds like a frustrated manager at WFT, who has lost all or most of his dependable hands, and his back is up against the wall,

IAMME, you are correct, they do deserve whats coming to them, which all of Weatherford's completions and Cementation business. You are delusional if you think after all of these changes WFT will have much business left. go Adler!!

David Adler left today and took 20 people with him, including Drew. The completions and cemention group in West Texas is now decimated! This is a direct result of Wes Byrne and his shitty micro management. The exodus continues.
