Tell her you was a MWD or DD that worked for Weatherford.
Its lawsuits like this that will f--- up the oilfield. You know you were happy making the money you were and now that you aren't your crying like a bitch. Get another job and wait out the downturn.
I opted in on the lawsuit, the day after I got laid off. Here's the scoop what Weatherford was doing was against the law. Gather up your pay stubs and Timesheets you turned in before you get laid off because you will be denied access to the Weatherford Intranet before you get laid off! And once you are denied access then you will hardly have a leg to stand on. And you will get the minimum. Also keep all pay raise and pay cut emails. Make sure when you sign the General Release if you are laid off that you excercise your right to recoup unpaid overtime by adding it to the General Release by hand and signing that also. There is nothing that says you cannot do that because the General Release is a contract in all simple terms, when you read it upfront it is written in the most favorable terms for Weatherford. They are hoping and praying that you are too dumb to understand the law. And you are willing to surrender your rights for a few pieces of silver. Granted you will lose your job and you are going to lose your livelihood. Do not add insult to injury and let those fat cats rake you over the coals. The "ONE WEATHERFORD" skit is done the minute you walk out the door. BTW the severance package is at best worth $5000 and the lawsuit could be worth as high as HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of DOLLARS. Because they do go back 3 years and also charge DOUBLE LIQUIDATED DAMAGES. If you are like me 2013-2015 spent way too much time away from home, had 1 too many 16-24 hour days. Watched too many of your children grow up from afar. In all reality the only thing of value we have is time, and for way too long we give it up, along with our labor. Only to be put on the chopping block and hung out to dry because the Coordinator wants to keep his worthless drinking buddies working.
Supervisor in safety meeting said" we will have to talk about your position at weatherford if you sign it"
An interesting read on the subject.

Join the lawsuit and speak up I know there's a lot of illegal shit going on and it's time for these bastards yo pay
Yeap.. wish they had included how they screwed us outta differential pay and lead pay. Changed rules in march of last year and didn't tell anyone. If you took a day off ... You didn't get diffential pay or lead pay...why? They were wrong and knew it and their solution.. " you figure out how much we owe you and we will pay you" . Excuse me but you f%&#ed up, how is it my job to fix it. Who is gonna take the time to go back through a whole year of pay to "try" to figure that shit out? Weatherford apparently ain't..and they got away with it.
I received one as well. Not sure what good would actually become of it. $10 after lawyers are paid?
Where do I sign up?
What does it have to do with Wellness Bonuses though? Should we have recieved overtime for that pay?
Just got one also , it seems that the lawsuit (in a nutshell version)claims that WTF underpaid non exempt employees in overtime pay .
I got one too. I need a better explanation of what this means. Anyone from legal or payroll on this site?
