thankfully clock freq has no impact on power. i'm cheating though, my phone is running on cold fusion.

Why stop at 11? Why not just make it an even 20? The more the better. Most users probably won't use about 18 of the cores, and power consumption on a mobile phone might suck. But hey, so does our marketing strategy these days. Maybe what we need to do is hire more intel marketing managers. Then we can brag about processor speed instead of number of cores. It's much easier just to bump up clock speeds.
