It has already started but it is getting done silently. Just last week 5/14 ; about 50 employees mostly shop floor personnel got cut in NOV Mexicali. There is talk that there will be more cutting.

wow and they have all that fancy material processing machinery that cost millions of dollars down there. i think there is a quality and manufacturing issue down there as the people running the place have no clue what they are building and how to do itt. Not sure how some of those components could be sold to customers and certified as API.
