50% is unrealistic.
In Edabi - Reporting competency will be affected the most. Given that there are a bunch of resignations in the Analytics area, only pg 13+ might see a cut.
High time they trim the 13+ layers..
However not many people are happy either with the scrum model. Its new wine in the old bottle with an old corkscrew!!
