Why hasn't nov announced any layoffs? Theirs people getting laid off left and right but the cowards aren't letting the investors know about them.

probably because they are not required to publicly announce unless it is a certain percentage across the entire company. these have been layoffs at random facilities while others have still hired in the last week or so.
My guess is that NOV doesn't want investors to know about layoffs is because of the negative effects it will have on stock value and reputation.
