For the wonderful work on our website. It has not been working for a few days, but that's OK, losing a few million in sales is just a chump change for what you bill us. Oh, and your folks are such good communicators, maybe not in English, but man, they can communicate in some other language. So, thank you Infy, we'll never forget what you did for us.

this is the same company that was sending people to a Dallas company on Visa fraud.
Pricing is still incorrect at checkout. Saved me about 20%
Yes, it's true that neither had Infosys anything to do with the outage or its resolution nor was it sabotage (one more understandable, but untrue rumor). I expect there will be enough trouble that Infosys really WILL own that there's no need to falsely assign culpability. "Patience, young Skywalker."
HAHAHAHHAAHA
You guys are too funny... Even though I was caught up in the outsourcing, I don't want to assign false blam.. InfoSys isn't 'on-board' yet, and didn't cause the issue or work on the resolution. It was just plan ole 'someone didn't do what they were suppose to' and that caused a cascade of system problems.
Well, it's back up now.
It's called karma.
