I know it was reported up to 15% but it seems that we cut only 5%

Original Opnet is mostly gone. CARY, NASHUA, Bethesda are almost all gone. Over 60%
Not true. Some engineering teams were 100% cut, others as high as 70%-80%. Looks like many products will no longer be supported much less maintained.

I think it depends on the product line. There were extremely harsh cuts in engineering out of the Cary office, particularly on the NetCollector (formerly VNE server from OPNET) team. More like 50% or higher.
