I don't think it's meant as proof that everything is OK. It's just a statement of where things stand. I also think it's being updated as changes occur. This is the key phrase: "The Department will continue to provide additional information to students as it is available."
The link says a lot of nothing. "No immediate impact"...tomorrow or next week must not be immediate enough.
That douche bag from CCI, Anthony Mann, sent that link around as proof everything is okay. The updates are to help students, not Heald and when the CCI people are sending it around, be suspicious.
