I assume the class action lawsuit would be attacking the "at will" clause of your original employment contract?

My husband is a lawyer and reviewed a few severance packages. You are getting an amazing deal, and it is non negotiable

Keep In mind, the severance pkg is non-negotiable. If you dont like the terms, dont sign it. If you bought a car at a no-haggle dealership, would you drive it to a lawyer's office . . . . . and hire them to get you a better deal?

Search for a lawyer target or employment lawyer, there is a box for it somewhere up in this page. There was a few posts on this topic with attorney names and recommendations and some folks were outlining strategies how they will be approaching lawsuits. I think there was a talk about a class action suit as well, I think that we need to have a larger group of people complaining in order to get a class action certified.
