Heald and CCI (along with the lawyers) are talking to today regarding shutting down Heald BEFORE the start of spring quarter.

I don't know, OP... Eeva's letter sure makes it sound like she's going to keep the place open for as long as possible and fight to the very end.
Maybe OP is the same person who produced the actual letter sent to Massimino yesterday.
OP, how do you know this? We can presume, however, unless you are involved in the meetings how do you really have any idea what is being discussed?
That makes the most sense rather than starting the quarter only to end midway.
