are there severance package stipulations that deny TMs that were laid off opportunities to work for Target Vendors on Target Projects?

Never understood this. To me if Target HR was worth their salt they would have moved the resource to where their skills are needed. But if you find out later they are the best fir for a role and still want to work at Target why wouldnt you fire them back
Yes. It says you can not work on a Target account at a vendor for two years. You may work for the vendor but can't not be target.
when I got laid off a long time ago, there was a clause in there that said that I wasn't eligible for employment by Target until XX date. Basically, you can't double dip the severance package and then turnaround and be rehired by another department.
