There were plenty laid off in 2014 and early this year who probably didn't get 3 months of pay PLUS years of service. My agreement included a fine ($10,000+) if I disclosed the terms of my "separation". What a slap in the face to the pre March 2015 group for Target to publicize the current agreement terms. Nevertheless, we're all better off.

I agree your packages were great. I was laid off from my job years ago and received a nice two week bonus after 3 years of service.
