Target took a crap the day Bob U left! Gregg hired yes men/woman that made him feel smart and did not challenge him. Quality became least important and margin was/is all that mattered. They hired a bunch of very intelligent people but while they were book smart, they lacked common sense. Being busy meant you were really good and if you didn't have a day filled with meetings, you must suck. Kathee helped push this agenda because it was the way she got to her spot.
I'm sad to see a ton of friends get let go. I'm sad many were from the "Old School", I'm sad to think after all the layoffs, they still don't know the problem. Maybe Brian could ask people. Imagine if he sat in on meetings around the building. He'd shit if he saw how useless most meetings are. Imagine if he sat in one of Kathee's meetings.... OMG!
Because they are sneaky lying women....totally backstabbed Gregg and only care about themselves. Worst of all and the main reason people (other than ass kissers like Keri and Casey) is because they are terrible at their jobs! They've killed the fun/innovative merchandising we used to have and the awesome brand we used to have. They should have been the first two fired!
If you have not read through the posts, which you must have done to ask this question, you should understand. They are BOTH a BIG part of the problem that got us to this point. They should be held responsible, as should the board for allowing everything to continue.They ALL should be let go. We are now to pick up the pieces,without some of the key players in the company.
