Lots of LMG recruited while people already there waiting for promo post being communicated as ready for next role. They get lots and lots of kick backs from consultants and all through the chain (recruiter to VP) are involved so no one complains!

Target india HR is shitty!! out of 2800 members at Trget Indja, the HR is a massive 350+ (including their support)... dont really understand the reason for such a high number as these HR are not to be seen or interact anytime during the year, and when ur looking out for them, good luck!! cos they are available only fr 4 hrs a day with a DO not disturb tag but are in the cafeteria with the famous coffee nonsense
