Seems like not every pyramid was read the script. I've learned this through talking to admins in various pyramids.
When they pool us all together, are they pooling us with just are pyramid or is it possible that if we are kept we could end up in a completely new pyramid? The reason for that question is I have worked in various pyramids so would that be taken into consideration if my current pyramid didn't work out? Curious how this will play out.

Sorry, administrative assistants are a dying career. Most companies don't have them anymore and it is likely Target is moving that direction. You are better off trying to get into another field as those type of positions will likely not exist in the next 5-10 years.
When it was reported earlier this week that the mass layoffs was just the beginning, they were not kidding. I fear we have not even begun to see ugly....
It is company wide. It sounds like not everyone heard on the same day, but you should be hearing soon. The consistent message I've received from our meeting as well as from other admins who have been told is that you can end up anywhere. Basically, you have no say as to where you will go and neither does your current leader.
