Target leadership is very intelligent. They are trying to cheat you. They are converting many managers to senior technical architects etc. How a person working as a manager for years can become technical guy suddenly. Imagine how these new techies are going to provide technical directions to the team. Do you think you can make target team agile with these leaders?

This is funny if true. My old bosses at TGT were so far from Technical, part of the reason I left. At my new job this could happen, my Director now is more technical then any of my former mangers. Good luck!
