She is running the company into the ground!!!
Another poster said it well. At the financial communication meeting last week, she presented as if she was a brand new exec at Target, here to clean house or revitalize the strategy...the same strategy she was here and was originally responsible for!
They need to keep someone who can sign the letters they send to their partner vendors and such. That definitely is a reason to keep her over $2 million salary.
