OP, you are the very definition of a coward and a prime example of why Target needs to make these drastic changes. If you are still at Target, I strongly suggest you resign, both for yourself and for the rest of the company. Dishonesty would be a good start. No way she reads all of the team bts comments every year. Says she does - yeah right! And apparently has a glass of wine when doing it. Math does not add up... People say and do a lot of things to make them feel good or create a perception. She believes with a lot of self rationalization that she is connected and can relate.
