High time they shud trim HR team size, mainly in Bangalore. While getting recruited, a person goes through 4 to 5 HRs. What an utter waste of money. Hope Brian looks at this and tries to optimize their team.
Please let it be Tina, you know the person that hasn't done anything for stores.
HR will be at least a couple weeks out. It takes time to process all those packages, but with a roughly 25% cut in either people or open jobs, presumably HR should drop by a similar measure.
