Is Target really going to seek it's place in ecommerce? That space is full, full of some big boys who do it well and know how to squeeze every dime of profit margin out of a sale. Target is about the stores, many people still shop in stores! You got in trouble due to bad management, and a bloated headquarters. Face that fact, and return to fixing the store experience for the customer.

High time they shud trim HR team size, mainly in Bangalore. While getting recruited, a person goes through 4 to 5 HRs. What an utter waste of money. Hope Brian looks at this and tries to optimize their team.

I wish this was true. Outsourcing tech is costing us more than anyone high up in TTS or Product wants to admit. Target can't be a leader in ecommerce until we use outsourcing more effectively and focus on talent in the US.
