OK, let's face it, nothing good can be seen here! People complain, it's all bad news, rumors are rampant, but I still see thousands of views on every other post. So, why do you come here?

I'm here because I don't wannabe fired by the "man." Thanks for asking.
Because I was close to hitting Submit on a Target opening before the layoffs were announced. Getting some valuable insight into Target history and culture from this board!
Anonymous79577 - you summed it up for me. thank you.
If you knew what crap to filter out, the exact date, number, and manner of layoffs was completely spelled out here. I found it pretty easy to tell the credible sources on here, just by their terms and grammar. Thank you for those who provided it. I knew that it was the 10th, it was 1700 people, that it would be an early morning meeting on my calendar, about an hour in advance, recognizable by no dial-in option, etc. Didn't change my outcome of course, but I'm glad I knew and could to plan to the best I could.
For the same damn reason that you do
this site helped me prepare for March 10th- supposedly the massive layoff day; something I would not have otherwise known. truth be told March 10th was an epic day (when I thought people were actually just trolling)
That's the most genuine and honest post I've seen all night. Thanks OP!
Trolls unite!
I keep posting because I hope one day I will be Anonymous80000, such a nice round number
The OP here - to be frank, I find in myself faint traces of Masochism, I use it to justify my visits here. I am not overly social too (barely done any GTKY sessions in my 8 years with Target), so talking to people in a safety of my home is something I somewhat enjoy.
Considering that you are not only viewing posts but actually contributing, you would be in the best position to answer OP. So, why are you here?
To hopefully get some truth.
For the same reason you do OP. Thanks for playing.
I am a troll... a master troll.DAT what I do
To be frank, I come to read between the lines. It's chaotic here, but still, if you use your critical thinking radar, you should be able to weed out some good info.
