At least one from TTS was very technical.
He/she may find that the people Target shitcanned are not easily replaced. I sure hope these clowns from Bain did some basic market analysis before they torpedoed some of these teams.
I would imagine it will be a lot more once the new CIO starts.
Thanks for the reply. Functional, analytical, and technical are all in short supply. There just seems to be a noticeable shortage of technical resources who know how to maintain and troubleshoot these systems.
Some were technical. No idea of counts though.
I'd be curious about this as well. Not just technical BI resources, but technical resources in general. There's a lot of need in the Twin Cities for techs with solid skills.
Were any of those BI resources technical? Or were they all data analysts and/or middlemen who passed problems to other people?
