Not the word I would use to describe the situation
Nope just know that some will stay and some will be let go, as they move to a multi support role. You may have a boss now but that boss may not be your boss once they finish evaluating. You might have multiple leaders, have a new leader, or simply be laid off and someone else assigned to your current leader. No one knows. Very ambiguous.
