How are the Packages? Is anyone really getting 15 weeks of pay? How many weeks for years of service?

I think it's remain on payroll until mid-May, and then it's 6 weeks severance pay...that puts you at 15 weeks. Then it's 1 week pay for every year of service. Also, get vacation hours paid out and some still receiving their bonus. 6 months of benefits.
Is there a max on the number of years for which you will receive a week of severance?
In other words.. no one is getting the "15" weeks they promised. Isn't the May 9th date just to get them the 60 day required by law?
