Yes, layoffs for the immediate future are done. They ripped off the bandaid all at once at least.
Definitely, for this month at least. TGT filed the layoffs with the Federal Government this morning, quoting the 100mil in severance payouts. I don't imagine they'll filed again each morning this week..
