We are all being too hard on the old girls. Think about all the stress YA and the 4 are going through: Projects!? What to do? They spend all year thinking of 50 projects but there remains no middle managers or workers to pass them onto. They may actually start having to attend a CFT, think how badly that will impact their statusing ability downtown, or whatever it is that they do in general all day long. They'll have to deal with technical issues that they can't tell their asshole from their elbow, the rhetoric of "Critical Thinking" will return even more and you're bound to hear more of the rubberband in a rubberband ball example. You know, things are gonna get rough, incompetence will start shining through and it'll be difficult to hide it with layers of inefficiencies missing. It's best to start executing a plan to bring in another lab, that will create more useless work for everyone else and will keep everyone distracted for a while, and YA can definitely go back to saying "We are doing EVEN more with less now", there will be a water cooler announcement about that next week.

Wish MH would have got the boot in TSS OPs. What does she do exactly besides manage upward (kiss ass) and no clue what her team actually does.
SD is the only credible group manager in PSQA. The other PSQA GMs are just idiots that do whatever YA says. Sad to hear that FF, SP and MO were cut. They were great managers, and will be greatly missed.

YA and her 4 - or actually just 1 key - SGM henchmen ran that place into the ground. that's what happens when you let buyers that were all buddies in the past work life run a technical organization.
YA is a great leader so obviously you have never worked with this team member. Coming from someone who was one the thousands to be let go today.
How is YA surviving all of this ? She sure has dirt on a higher up
