Paying TI to do work they don't even do correctly is a waste. My team spent countless hours retraining them and answering the same questions over and over. If it isn't 1+1=2 they can't seem to figure it out, no critical thinking skills whatsoever.
Get rid of Target India. Most of what is done in my area is done wrong.

Our director told is in a 1:30 pm meeting that India and all contractors are safe this time around. Also said that the new organizational structure will be presented tomorrow and in the next few days. We can't count on being on the same team we are now.

Tats the sad part.. they retain contractors who charge 200-300$ per hr.. they outsource to companies like cognizant wipro TCS with resources starting at 30$ TO 100$ per hr... but leave out the talent at target india... crazy criteria for layoffs

I'm here to work; not to listen to your very subjective and self-opinionated analysis of what a "leader" is all about. Stop talking about it. Just do it.
