Anyone have any details about the depth of layoffs for Target Creative? Now that BC has reduced the number of external agencies we use and given that business to TC, you would think that team is the safest out of anyone and yet the levels of incompetence, arrogance, and mismanagement are as bad there as any other team. Thoughts?

No pyramid is safe, but as somebody familiar with your output, I would wager yours is safer than others. You're a core part of the digital strategy. Though I am sure this reorg will be used as a means to pick off a few of the dullards and problem employees.
I'm going to borrow an answer I saw somewhere else on this board. Is TC safe? Short answer - No. Long answer - Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
I wouldn't bet on anything. If your team has recently hired someone that's probably a good sign you are safe.
