We were told that they layoffs are "mostly done". However, there are tons of admins left without leaders to support (and I was told that there will be much more sharing of admins --ie 2 VPs supported by 1 admin). There also seems to be quite a few left in HR. It seems like once they get through this rush of processing layoffs/reorgs they will have "extra" TMs with not enough work & would have to let them go.
IT feels like they are keeping these non exempts on to essentially clean up the mess leftover after today & then will cut and reorg those positions as well. Horrible day, but at least the bandaid was ripped off quickly. For those of us left in these untouched positions the anxiety ridden waiting game continues.
