Are you black, Asian or Hispanic? I'm certain you're not Native American. How many of the above worked on your team during your 10 years at TGT? Few to not one is the answer. This is Target HQ where only the best of the best, high performing... those that are a cultural fit and FFF, GTKY coffee drinkers who manage up so well that the sun shines right where their perception is reality.
Please stop with the "discriminatory practice" BS. I've heard horror stories about the crap people of color experienced at Target. Your smug entitlement is laughable. I signed! Thanks for starting this. I thought Target valued me. After being passed over for promos, I realized they didn't and I wasn't the only one. Women over 40 are treated the worst!
