Morale is going to go down the tubes after this. They probably would have laid off more, but they are counting on employees leaving in the aftermath. Capella University did the same thing a few years back. Morale NEVER recovered after the fact. And good luck to attracting quality talent after this. Target's employment brand is about as good as poo.
