I need some help here - can someone recommend a really good and aggressive Whistleblower Lawyer here in Minneapolis. I would need an investigator and an attorney to support my case.

NKA is the leading litigation firm in areas of of Labor and Employment for Minneapolis area, they always win the accolades.
As many said below, Nichols and Kaster is a stellar law firm with an amazing litigation track record. Regardles of the area of law, tax law, whistleblower law or employment law, you cannot miss with them. They are highly recommended!!! Disclosure: Me or my family are not affiliated with them
I would second the Nichols and Kaster recommendation.
482, do not be silly, this is some sensitive legal stuff, do you think anyone would like to spill legal details on a board like this?
Oh, this can be juicy, Tax Law, civil and criminal charges bundled together, oh my. Can we get some details here?
Don't you want to talk with a Tax Attorney first?
The OP here - this has to do with IRS
Do you mind sharing information on what kind of issue you'd like to report as a Whistleblower? Also, why would you need a Whistleblower Attorney? If you have something to report, just report it, right?
Who's Ron Meshbesher, sounds familiar?
Saul Rosenberg.
I would call Nichols and Kaster
Yo are wrong, there ARE attorney's specializing in Whistleblower Law. By the sheer fact that we have the Whistleblower Protection Act, someone needs to specialize in navigating it. It's an obscure area of the law as there are not many cases of Whistleblower activity, but once such cases are in motion, there is a solid group of attorneys that may be able to help you. I am not sure what you would claim, but you may want to start with Phillips & Cohen or Bernstein Liebhard which are both the leading law firms in the Whistleblower area. Good luck with your case, it will be an uphill battle!
Ron Meshbesher has worked all kinds of legal cases, both criminal and civil. You're thinking of the commercials.
Better call Saul!
Isn't Meshbesher a personal indjury lawyer, I think a Whistleblower lawyer is much higher profile lawyer, operating on a national level in high profile cases (or the highest profile cases). Anyhow, I am not sure if such thing exists, I mean who would specialize in Whistleblower Law, and what kind of law would that be?
If I lose my job I'd need a Minneapolis Divorce Lawyer, my wife is a stay at home mom, I am not sure if we would survive spending too much time together
yeah doesn't look suspicious or anything being a whistle blower as you're being laid off...
Get Meshbesher if you want the best!
You need to be very careful here, all claims of fraud as it relates SEC, CFTC, IRS, etc. need to be material and substantial, you may put yourself in a position where you are accused of frivolous claims. So, I would think twice before I'd reach out to anybod offering legal advice, especially a Whistleblower Attorney...
