It could be the meeting was cancelled or got moved. Sometimes if somebody doesn't accept the change it still stays on their calendar.
Check again. My (TTS) VP and HR manager had a 1-4pm private appointment on their calendars up until an hour ago or so, but now it is not there anymore.
Kind of makes sense, right?
