Anyone have insight on cuts to HR teams (HROC, comp, L&D, etc)?

HROC and L&D are getting hit the hardest. Don't have the exact numbers yet.
Target HR is absolutely the worst in the industry. It is unbelievable that a publicly held company gets away with what they do. I am really hoping that through all this hatchet man Brian will address that area.
I hope so, HR's bloated. HR used to help the "little People." Now, it just serves "BIG management." I've complained about a certain male supervisor's bias towards female TMs, but in the end, get this, HR found something to "write" me up on! Unbelievable! You win HR, I give up. Sad.
