We have over $10 billion in revenues. We have 330 people working in corporate. 10K, 12K or 17K employees (all three numbers were quoted here) in Target HQ simply blows my mind. Good look to all of you.

Yes, we do retail, 60% of the revenue is on a centralized model with pooled purchases, shared services, etc. The remaining 40% was acquired over last 10 years in ~$200M chunks and is slowly being integrated into the centralized model.

It blows your mind because you have a very small mind to compare your situation to Target by stating sales. Are you in retail? Is your company operate centrally? There are many factors to consider.
Does the company work in retail with a storefront model because that would be impressive
