For gods sake people take 10 breaths and calm yourselves down. Do you understand that 4 of 5 of us (and likely more than that) will still be here? You're acting like the place is closing down.

Honestly, don't you want to be one of those let go? Take the severance, go on vacation, come back refreshed and then get the job you really want. You will probably get a raise as Target doesn't pay what the market does (in TTS anyway)
Do you really want to be one of those left behind and take on the job of those that got out? More hours and work than you have now?
