Last week, the directors in my area indicated that they really didn't know the plan - I believed they were being authentic, but checking out their calendars and they have big chunks of time blocked on Tuesday.

At Best Buy, the directors had no idea about the cuts. It was done very swiftly the night before, and there was a formula applied: those at the top of the pay grade were cut.
I heard one of our directors thinks they will be let go and has stated they have no idea what will happen.

On Friday the directors had a prep meeting in the afternoon to let them know how things will go down. They will find out on Monday who on their team is being let go. So yes they know what's happening and when, but they do not know who yet.
I've heard they're in the dark. Maybe being informed Monday and were just told to hold time?
