When will our fearless HR leader address the masses? Can't wait to hear how she spins this at the FNM (assuming that doesn't get cut too). Does HR have incentives tied to.

What ever happened to Ruth Kozlak?
Yeah, since I started at TGT back 2006 all we've heard from Jodee is how she is going to change the culture and give us the benefits that we've all been asking for. So far, neither of those have happened and probably never will with her here. She is as spineless as they come in my opinion. It would be nice to see a house-cleaning at the top especially since they all have a nice parachute that looks to be made of gold leaf.
I left a couple years ago but personally heard Jodee say that her primary job was to protect the CEO (then Gregg). I was floored and had NEVER heard that as the job description of a head of HR before but apparently...her job is A SINGLE "human resource" vs. all of the team.
HR doesn't care. "It does what it is told, or it gets the hose again."
Jodee is just a a yes man. Her speech last year was a joke written to suck up to Roxanne (our interim chair)...written so she could keep her job before Brian came in. If you're gonna quote someone to be motivational, why wouldn't pick someone who truly made change in the world...rather than some high horsed female exec from Directv. lol.
