Saw Tempe had layoffs this morning per the call center (TCW) thread. Just managers or the whole call center?

TAS, now RGS, got moved 100% to Tempe. There is a vendor for RGS in ND but that would not really matter for layoffs. We can quickly ramp down @ vendor, we do it all the time.
We are in Minneapolis
New accounts, cards, and statement processing are in Sioux Falls. No movement, but the conference room is now blocked off tomorrow.
New Accounts for RedCard is in South Dakota and I think they produce some of the RedCards there as well, but I am not sure what is in North Dakota.
Red Card guest services is in Tempe... nothing in Tempe yet
Guest Services (though much of that is still at TCW). Used to be Target Account Services, too, but I think all of that moved to Tempe. (Can anyone confirm that?)

What is in North Dakota? I know there is a location in Sioux Falls South Dakota...but I am wonder where or what department(s) is in ND?
