Is anyone seeing Walmart Manager postings as advertisements here? How do they know that I may be interested in?

I am not interested, but I did search for jobs, so they somehow made connection. I guess everything is tracked today.
Your internet history is what feeds ads. You search and are involved in Target, Walmart pays to promote ads given internet traffic about massive layoffs.
Well if you like crap benefits and zero upward mobility potential, then go for it.
