If we have been in role for over a year or two, we have all one way or the other drank the Koolaid and contributed to this mess. We didn't stand up against it and allowed it to go on and conformed. If we had, we wouldn't be here in this eff'd up company to see it tumble down with us and around us. Writing was on the wall.

Koolaid is a premium flavored drink beverage, so I don't see the problem here. Now, if we were relegated to Flavor Aid, then I'd be worried.
